If you need to cancel or reschedule your session:
- 48 hours or more in advance: You’re eligible for a partial refund, excluding any costs weβve already incurred on your behalfβsuch as preparation time, third-party tools, credit card processing fees, or bank fees.
- Less than 48 hours’ notice: Unfortunately, due to the time and resources reserved specifically for you, weβre unable to offer a refund.

To secure your spot in our calendar and begin planning your engagement, we require a deposit. All deposits are non-refundable, regardless of when cancellation occurs.
