• Educational seminars may be attended by individuals aged 14 and up, provided a parent or legal guardian is present during the session.

3. Use of Services

Lighthouse Chat:

• Intended for business use only to engage with website visitors.
• Users may be prompted to share names, emails, phone numbers, or other contact data. This information is stored unless deletion is requested by the client or user.
• Fair use policies apply. Top 5% of usage may result in additional charges.
• Abuse, illegal use, or exploitation of the service is strictly prohibited.

Consulting Services:

• Governed by separate Statements of Work and/or contracts.
• Results are not guaranteed. The success of any consulting outcome depends on your actions, implementation, and decision-making.

AI Workflows & Development:

• Go Brightly AI retains ownership of all AI tools, workflows, and developed content unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.
• Clients may not reuse, resell, or distribute any workflows unless explicitly granted in writing.
• We may terminate service without notice if a client violates any laws, these Terms, or uses our services for prohibited purposes.
• No refunds will be issued to accounts suspended or terminated for violations.

Educational Seminars:

• May be offered live, prerecorded, or both.
• Downloading, redistribution, or sharing content is prohibited unless explicitly granted in writing.

4. Payments

• Payment terms vary by service: upfront, deposit-based, milestone-driven, or subscription.
• Missed payments may result in suspended or terminated access. Reactivation may require current pricing.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

6. Privacy

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law:

• Go Brightly AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• We are not responsible for third-party tools or services that may impact your experience. While we will do our best to assist, we cannot guarantee resolution if a third party changes or discontinues their offering.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account or services:

• For violation of these Terms, applicable laws, or our internal policies
• Due to nonpayment
• Or at our discretion, for any reason or no reason at all (as permitted by law)

We also reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time, for any lawful reason.

No refunds will be granted to terminated accounts.

We may disclose client information if required to do so by law, regulation, subpoena, or other legal process, or if we believe such disclosure is necessary to comply with legal obligations or protect our rights.

These Terms may be updated periodically. We will revise the date at the top of this page and notify current clients using the email address we have on file.
